Some kilometres further, don't miss the "Musée du Bois" (wood museum) in Saulxures, the "Musée des Racines" in Cornimont (unusual wood specimens), the "Musée du Textile" in Ventron (textile museum), the "Hautes Mynes" in Le Thillot (former copper mines) and also the "Musée de la Montagne" in Château-Lambert (life in the olden days).

The appreciators of art and popular tradition will be in their element at the two beautiful museums of Remiremont : "CHARLES DE BRUYERE" et "CHARLES FRIRY".

You shouldn't also miss the famous "Imagerie" in Epinal as well as the alsatian historical places (medieval castles, world wars memorial sites...)
